To Sit in Silence Until Moved
I’m at the bottom of my frequency range. A place of introspection, mindful rest, and preferably, non-action. Being able to honour my cycles and rhythm is my optimum goal and the 'perfect' way to lead one’s life. In other words: to sit in silence until moved.
Where, and how, do wife, kids, work, etc. fit in—is it ok to tap out of the larger cycles and rhythms to care for my own?
My wife is understanding and supportive, but my toddler doesn’t agree. Neither does work, if I worked for somebody else, and there is often something that calls for 'urgent' attention.
In the past, unaware, I heeded the call for pretty much everything but my core energetic needs and care—responsively.
What I know for sure is that it’s a delicate balance in relating to life and one's multi-dimensionality. As much as there is a need to go within there is a need to maintain flow in all the part that comprises you. I also know that the time spent consciously honouring my flow and rhythm increases my frequency, speeding up the time spent at the bottom of the cycle.
