The collective consciousness of planet earth is negative 34—the lowest it's ever been.
That is to say the majority is "working" against, or more likely, "sold" their spirituality, share, and participation.
To achieve the desired, and necessary, spiritual change, and to join our alien guides and friends of light, a level of positive 40 is a must.
